Le Massif de Charlevoix needs no introduction! World-renowned, its slopes overlooking the river are breathtaking and are sought after by all ski and snowboard enthusiasts. The Massif also offers the possibility of off-piste hiking.

The Sentier des Caps offers superb snowshoeing trails 15 minutes from the chalet. The Chemin des Sœurs de Baie-Saint-Paul is a 2 km linear footpath starting from the Boisé du Quai connecting Baie-Saint-Paul beach to the former convent downtown, offering a magnificent panorama of the fields. Snow-covered areas bordered by the beach. Similarly, 41km of trails are available in the Grands-Jardins National Park, about forty minutes from the chalet, or in the Hautes Gorges National Park.

A unique activity in the Massif de Charlevoix, sled down 7.5 km! Guaranteed fun for ages 10 and up. Book in advance as places fill up quickly.

35 km of trails are offered at the Sentier des Caps, about 10 minutes by car from the chalet. Accessible by road 138, the reception is located at 61, Chemin du Massif and offers rental of skis, snowshoes, and walking sticks for adults and children. You can also ski on the slopes of Mont à Ligori composed of 3 peaks that offers steep or narrow slopes for more experienced skiers.

Are your skates sharp? In the heart of the village of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, a few minutes from the chalet, two magnificent skating rinks are available to everyone! For bike enthusiasts! Why limit yourself to summer ride when you can do them all year round? Available for rental on Isle-aux-Coudres or at the Vallée des Glaces in the Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie National Park, one hour from our site.
